Poop Like A Pro!

It is usually said that the best poop makes the best day. It is true in all its senses. There is nothing as uncomfortable as being stuck in the bathroom after repeatedly failing to poop in the right manner. If the poop doesn’t come out right, it feels like the day isn’t right and the whole day the thought of correcting the digestion goes in the head.

Well coming to the point, it's constipation that is affecting your poop cycle. Almost every other person faces this problem sometimes if not often and it's frustrating.

5 essential food for smooth poop

1.      Water: Drink plenty of water. If you are not hydrated you will not be able to poop smoothly. Water softens the poop and makes the stool flow smoothly within the digestive tract. Drink water as much as you can as dehydration is the fundamental cause of constipation. You can add a slice of cucumber or lemon to add flavor.

2.     Vegetables and legumes: Vegetables contain excess fiber which makes the poop bulky. This bulky poop flows within the digestive tract smoothly thereby keeping the bowel movements smooth. Food rich in fiber, and magnesium in the food help colon contract, and potassium help maintain the body's fluid and muscle contraction.

3.     Wheat Bran: The outer layer of wheat contains a lot of fiber. Studies have shown that it helps in maintaining bowel movements and improving bowel movements. You can sprinkle it over oatmeal or can have a bowl full of bran meal.

4.     Sweet potatoes: A medium-sized baked sweet potato contains almost 10-gram fiber, which can help things get moving along. The high fiber content helps relieve the poop problem. The outer layer contains most of the fiber, so it’s better to consume without peeling it off.

5.     Yogurt: If you get bored with your regular oatmeal. You can try yogurt. It does not contain any fiber, but the excess of probiotics in it keeps your gut health in check. Above all, keeping a check on your health is a fundamental duty towards yourself.
